Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
Bake
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  3. Form meatballs and bake on a sheet for 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer meatballs to baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
  5. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
