- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Toss diced chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Lay out tortillas. Spread garlic sauce in the center, add cooked chicken, and top generously with mozzarella and provolone.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito to seal the filling inside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Carefully flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve.
Notes
Do not overstuff the tortillas to prevent leaking in the pan.
