Ingredients
  

Garlic Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch or 12-inch
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter for grilling

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Toss diced chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  4. Lay out tortillas. Spread garlic sauce in the center, add cooked chicken, and top generously with mozzarella and provolone.
  5. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito to seal the filling inside.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  7. Carefully flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

Do not overstuff the tortillas to prevent leaking in the pan.
