Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter for toasting

Method
 

  1. Season cubed chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from heat. Optionally mix with softened cream cheese for extra creaminess.
  4. Lay out tortillas. Distribute shredded cheeses and cooked chicken mixture evenly across the centers.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining fresh parsley and garlic. Fold in sides and roll tortillas tightly.
  6. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.

Notes

Serve with ranch or garlic sauce for dipping.
