Method
- Season cubed chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from heat. Optionally mix with softened cream cheese for extra creaminess.
- Lay out tortillas. Distribute shredded cheeses and cooked chicken mixture evenly across the centers.
- Sprinkle with remaining fresh parsley and garlic. Fold in sides and roll tortillas tightly.
- Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
