Ingredients
  

Beef & Potatoes
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast potatoes for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  3. Toss sliced beef with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  4. Sear beef in a hot skillet until browned, then remove from pan.
  5. Add garlic and honey garlic sauce ingredients to skillet and simmer briefly.
  6. Return beef to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
  7. Assemble bowls with potatoes and beef, garnish, and serve.

Adjust sweetness or spice level to taste.
