Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
- Mix with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms, then use clean hands to knead it in the bowl for 1-2 minutes until smooth and tacky. If too sticky, add a sprinkle more flour.
- Divide the dough into 16 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Brush the tops of each ball with the beaten egg wash.
- Generously sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the tops.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
To make your own self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
