- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season warm sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix gently.
- Spread seasoned rice evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle furikake evenly over the rice layer.
- In a bowl, mix salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until combined.
- Spread the salmon mixture evenly over the rice.
- Bake uncovered for 18–22 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with nori sheets or over rice bowls. Adjust spice to taste.
