- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Toss cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Optional: Sear quickly in a skillet for 2 mins to lock in juices.
- In a bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the cream sauce over it, tossing to coat evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F) and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with crispy bacon crumbles and fresh parsley before serving.
