Ingredients
  

Ramen Base
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 4 packs ramen noodles seasoning discarded

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in miso paste and chili paste, cooking briefly.
  4. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer gently.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
  6. Serve hot with desired toppings.
